There was no encounter between Red fighters of Leonardo Panaligan Command-New People’s Army (LPC-NPA) and 62nd IB troops in Barangay Quintin Remo, Moises Padilla, Negros Occidental, this morning, May 21.
According to initial investigation, 62nd IB soldiers fired at a farmer.
